Gas Line Leak Tests: Many gas systems have small leaks in the gas delivery systems and components. Your home inspector will check the gas meter for any movement of gas through the meter with all gas shut off in the house to determine the presence of potential leakage at accessible portions of the gas supply system – available only with the home inspection

Sprinkler System Inspections: We will check for appropriate check valve placement, total zones used, water pressure, and broken heads – this is usually one of the last systems checked during your home inspection – ask the home inspector to walk you through this at the time of the home inspection.
